Build to Suit Black Dot Towers, LLC, is now giving carriers the option to build a tower in any location of their choosing and in most cases without making any capital investment up-front - through Black Dot’s new build-to-suit (“BTS”) agreements. Black Dot will design and construct antenna sites for virtually any wireless application regardless of size, height or location. Black Dot will use its own capital and site development expertise to acquire, entitle and build the site that works best for the carriers build and RF design, then lease back space to the carrier with antenna locations of the carriers’ choice. For newer carriers building large networks of antenna sites, build-to-suit agreements can be an attractive alternative to tower construction and ownership.
