Marc Anthony

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Marc Anthony is founder and chief executive officer of Black Dot Holdings, LLC, an international real estate solution and services company that specializes in lease optimization and wireless site development. Under his leadership, Black Dot pioneered the first expense reduction “lease optimization” program, substantially reducing carrier and tower company operations expense, while securing billions of dollars in rent guarantees for landlords.

Mr. Anthony is responsible for driving the company’s corporate vision, strategic direction and capital budget as well as leading and mentoring a staff of over 150 employees. Additionally, he is the primary driver for company culture and provides direction in implementing core business processes and systems, identifying business development and marketing opportunities, and establishing collaborative partnerships.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in wireless site development, sales and marketing and financial transactions, Mr. Anthony has successfully demonstrated his abilities at the senior executive level. Prior to Black Dot, Mr. Anthony founded TeleCom Wireless Solutions, Inc., a wireless site development and construction firm and sold it in March of 2002 when it became Wireless Capital Partners, LLC. He served as co-founder and president of Wireless Capital and helped grow the company's employee base to 200 employees spanning 32 states and was directly responsible for generating over $125 million in acquisition financing during that period.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Anthony earned a BA in finance from California State University, Fullerton in 1996. In July 2006, he received the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award in recognition of his commitment to leadership excellence.

Gary Arnett

President and Chief Financial Officer

As president and chief financial officer of Black Dot Wireless, LLC, Mr. Arnett holds management responsibilities for the company’s finance, information technology, legal, capital markets and corporate operations functions. He reports directly to Marc Anthony, Black Dot’s chief executive officer.

Mr. Arnett is responsible for global financial strategy and day-to-day operations of the company. He also oversees the integrity of financial information and systems, planning and forecasting of current and future capital assets and investments. Mr. Arnett joined Black Dot in 2005 as chief financial officer, and was named president in 2007.

Prior to Black Dot, Mr. Arnett served as director of finance for Coldwell Banker and managed the finance and sales processing departments for three regional presidents and 100 branch managers. Among his significant previous positions, Mr. Arnett also served as director of financial planning and analysis for Directfit, Inc., and financial planning and analysis manager for Tickets.com.

Mr. Arnett graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1991 with a BA in finance. Subsequently, Mr. Arnett received an MBA with a dual concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California and received the honor of Summa Cum Laude.

Phil Ackerman

EVP, Sales & Marketing

Phil Ackerman serves as VP of sales and marketing for Black Dot Wireless, LLC. In his role he is responsible for the strategic implementation of all sales and marketing activities for the company. He also assists in revenue and market share growth and developing new business relationships. Since joining Black Dot in May of 2004, Ackerman has served in a variety of senior management roles leading to his most recent appointment. With over 10 years of wireless experience, Mr. Ackerman has been instrumental in developing and implementing Black Dot’s most successful and profitable programs.

Previously, Mr. Ackerman developed programs for Wireless Capital Partners, LLC and Media Capital Partners, LLC, companies focused on the monetization of wireless and billboard leases. Prior to that, Mr. Ackerman served as the General Manager for TeleCom Wireless Solutions, Inc., a site development and land use planning firm.

In 1992, Mr. Ackerman received a BS in international business from California State University, Fullerton.

Gary Mordock

General Counsel

Gary Mordock is general counsel for Black Dot Wireless, LLC. In this position Mr. Mordock is responsible for local and worldwide legal matters, including corporate governance, technology licensing, employment, real estate and other transactional matters. Mr. Mordock has over 35 years of legal experience in various areas of law, including business relationships, and counsel and direction in the sale of multi-million dollar companies.

During his legal career, Mr. Mordock has authored several articles for the local Bar Association magazine and has served upon, and served as lead moderator for, several continuing legal education seminars. He joined Black Dot in May 2006 as a legal consultant and became general counsel in March of 2007.

Mr. Mordock graduated with a BA degree in political science from Stanford University and received his juris doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Ngai

VP, Accounting & Controller

Chris Ngai was appointed corporate controller for Black Dot Wireless, LLC, in December of 2005 and reports to Gary Arnett, Black Dot’s president and chief financial officer. He is responsible for both local and international finance operations including internal and external financial reporting, general accounting, financial systems, internal controls, accounting policy and payroll. Additionally, Mr. Ngai directly manages the corporate accounting department which is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit and collections.

Mr. Ngai’s was the manager of accounting for Coldwell Banker, a commercial brokerage company. He also was a practicing CPA for KPMG.

As a graduate of the University of Washington, Mr. Ngai earned a BA in business administration with a concentration in accounting in 1981.
